    In compliance with data protection legislation and regulations (European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and current legislation), by sending your personal data YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT to the processing of that data, including your health data, if applicable, referred to and/or contained in this document or provided or obtained in your relationship with this company, as well as that of your representatives, signatories, employees and any other natural person related to your party, in the case of legal entities, and you are informed that your personal data are incorporated into our data processing system. PURPOSE: management, development, execution, fulfilment and maintenance of relationship with clients and provision of services, courses and events, and circumstances pertaining thereto and necessary to this end, including invoicing, receipts, payments, accounting, administration, tax, compliance with contracts and agreements, sending electronic commercial communications and carrying out statistical studies. DATA RETENTION PERIOD: this will coincide with the duration of your relationship with the data controller, the duration of the service, the period for substantiation and safekeeping of documents according to applicable legislation, and the period necessary for compliance with a legal obligation requiring the processing and retention of your data or for formulating, exercising and defending claims related to your relationship or to the processing of your data, being retained in this case until the statutory time limit has expired. LEGAL GROUNDS: the legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent, the fulfilment and execution of contracts and services requested, the fulfilment and execution of the legal relationship created, of the inherent conditions of the service and of its legal framework, as well as compliance with legal obligations (Article 6, section 1 (a), (b), (c) and letter (f) Article 19 of the LOPDGDD). Only data that are obligatory and necessary to comply with obligations and circumstances arising from your relationship with the data controller will be requested, and therefore refusal to supply them may entail inability to conduct that relationship properly. RECIPIENTS of your data: the data controller, third parties in compliance with legal obligations or through necessity or arising from the existence of your relationship, including the following (for the purpose of executing their public functions and corporate objectives), with which you may exercise your rights: a) banks, savings banks and rural savings banks; b) public authorities with powers in the area; c) law enforcement bodies and agencies; d) the judicial police; e) courts; f) public registers; g) tax administration; h) insurers and suppliers of the company (data processors) related to consultancy and advisory services to be provided, administrative and computing services, registration forms, invoicing, accounting and any other service contracted by the company. There is no intention on the part of the data controller to transfer your data to a third country or international organisation; however, you are informed that SPEGC uses the services of Google Ireland, Inc. for electronic mail and of Zoho, Inc. for creating and managing databases, companies also located in the United States, governed by the EU-US Privacy Shield, and you expressly consent to this possible assignment or communication of data to that country, which currently does not provide appropriate data protection according to the provisions of the European Union, following the invalidation of the EU-US Privacy Shield, having adopted the European Union standard contractual clauses to provide guarantees for this type of international transfer. RIGHTS: you are informed of the existence of your RIGHTS to ask the data controller for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, as well as the right to data portability and not to be subject to automated individual decision-making (including profiling). You are also informed of your right to withdraw your consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You may exercise your rights by addressing a request in writing to the data controller or by electronic mail to [email protected], attaching a copy of your DNI or identity document and of your representation, if applicable. In order to provide the maximum facility to formulate your requests you may ask in the same letter or email for the forms for exercising these rights which are available to you. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out with your data. You are informed or your right to submit a claim to a control authority (the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.agpd.es).
